Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your appointment.
COSTS
- A single consultation with an Ergonomics expert will cost INR 2499.
- Payment can be made online. If you have a coupon code, enter the code while making the payment.
- Consultations are available across India, Monday to Saturday 9AM to 6PM.
- We also provide bulk discounts for teams and organisations.

How will an Ergonomics Consultation help me?

Why do I need to upload the pictures of my workstation?
The pictures will help us understand the positioning of various elements of your workspace. So we can guide you better on what can be the probable cause of your pain or discomfort. This is necessary especially if you are opting for voice only consultation.
What should I expect during the appointment?
- One-on-one consultation with an ergonomics expert for about 20 minutes.
- Expert recommendations on adjusting the workstation and other equipment according to your dimensions.
- Identifying equipment-related problems, guidance on when to see a doctor.
- Guidance on postural improvement and behavioral modification.
Will I get a report after the consultation?
Yes, you will receive an email with the solutions and recommendations of what the Ergonomist had suggested to you during the consultation. Also there will be a handout of desk exercises that you should do at a regular interval while working.

Can I get a follow up consultation?
Yes, you are eligible to get a free follow up consultation within 7 days of your initial consultation/assessment, if you are facing challenges to understand /implement the recommendations given by the Ergonomist.
Will I get assistance to buy / procure ergonomics accessories, if I need one?
Yes, assistance to buy ergo accessories is available as a separate service. We can help you to choose the right product for your home or office workplace. You can also approach us to get complete guidance and recommendations while choosing office furnitures for your team / floor.
How is my data used / protected?
My Phyzio uses the collected data, both medical and non medical, solely for the purpose of the individual’s ergonomic consultation and assessment. All the collected data are treated as confidential and never shared or distributed with any 3rd party.
